This is a dated 2003 hanging ornament from Enesco's Pretty as a Picture collection. It depicts a young girl sitting down with what looks like a wand with a star. By looking at the included original Kim Anderson photograph, you can see that she is holding a sparkler and the wand is the sculptor's interpretation in porcelain bisque.
This Christmas ornament bears the 2003 annual production mark of the triangle and it comes in the original box.
