Considered by many to be his finest work, this piece from David Winter depicts a traditional English village, which has evolved over time to suit the needs of its residents. It epitomizes the craft that David is known for, as it captures a range of architectural styles used in England between the 8th and 18th centuries, with a stunning attention to detail.
The village was first sculpted in 1981 and retired in 1986. It is 7.5” in height and 12.5” across. It comes in the original box with a certificate of authenticity and a 12-page booklet.
