This David Winter cottage is part of the Heart of England series. It depicts a Shirehall; an administrative building used to conduct regional governmental affairs and for record storage.

This cottage was first introduced in 1985 and retired in 1995. It measures 3.5” tall and comes in the original box with the certificate of authenticity.
