Measuring 4.75" tall, this figurine is part of the "Debutante Collection" series from Coalport. It was designed and modeled by John Bromley and issued in only 1991 and 1992.

Close inspection of this particular piece reveals that the flower in her hair has one of the rear petals chipped off. This flaw is not visible from the front of the figurine and it still makes a wonderful display piece at this discounted price. See the picture below for a closer look at the chipped flower.
