| At Woolvey we believe shopping should be a pleasure. We therefore offer a variety of easy ways to pay:
Pay by credit card
Pay through PayPal Express Checkout
Pay through Google Checkout
Pay by check or money order
Each of these options is explained in detail below. If you have any further questions about payment, please feel free to contact us.
Credit Card Payments
Credit card payments may be made online through our secure checkout process or may be called in on our toll-free telephone number (1-866-WOOLVEY).
If you choose to pay online, you must create a Woolvey account to allow us to securely collect and store your payment and address details. You may create an account before shopping or wait until you have items in your shopping cart and are ready to check out.
Once you have created an account and placed items in your cart, you should select the green checkout button to complete the order process. You will first be taken to a screen to confirm your shipping address details. You may ship to any US address and retain multiple shipping addresses with us for easy repeat orders.
After confirming the shipping address and clicking the continue button you will be presented with the payment screen. This is where you may select to pay by credit card and enter your card details. You will notice the padlock icon in your browser indicating that you have a secure connection to our server and any data you enter is being securely encrypted as it is passed to us.
You may also enter any comments or instructions specific to your order and any discount coupon code on the payment screen.
Clicking the continue button from the payment screen takes you to the final order confirmation screen. Here you will see a full summary of your order details, including your purchased items, your shipping and billing details and your final payment amount, including applicable taxes, shipping costs and discounts. Your order is not completed and sent for processing until you click on the Confirm Order button. Once confirmed you will receive an email confirming your order.
PayPal Express Checkout
Paying with your PayPal account could not be easier! You do not need to create a Woolvey account or share any of your financial details with us if you choose to pay through PayPal.
After you have added the products you want to purchase to your shopping cart, you should either select the Checkout option on the top right of the screen or go to your cart (using the Cart Contents or Go to Cart options). On both the Shopping Cart and the Checkout/Login screen you will see a button on the bottom left of the main page called Checkout with PayPal. This is the button you should click to pay with your PayPal account.
Clicking on the PayPal button will redirect you to a PayPal login page for you to verify your PayPal ID and authorize funding of your purchase. Once you have confirmed your PayPal details you should select the Review Payment button on the PayPal page to return to Woolvey. You are not committing to the purchase at this stage. You are only agreeing for PayPal to authorize the payment when you decide to complete the order.
On clicking the Review Payment button, PayPal will return your shipping address details to Woolvey, along with confirmation of your identity. You will then be able to complete your order, beginning with the Woolvey shipping confirmation page.
The shipping confirmation page allows you to amend or select another address for shipping or simply confirm the details that you have with PayPal. Click the Continue button to proceed.
Next you will be presented with the Woolvey payment page, where you may enter any comments or instructions specific to your order and any discount coupon code you have. Clicking the Continue button from this screen will take you to the final order confirmation screen. Here you will see a full summary of your order details, including your purchased items, your shipping details and your final payment amount, including applicable taxes, shipping costs and discounts. Your order is not completed and sent for processing until you click on the Confirm Order button. Once confirmed you will receive an email confirming your order.
Google Checkout
Google Checkout is a secure and convenient method of paying for purchases without sharing your details with us.
To use Google Checkout to pay for the items in your shopping cart, you should either select the Checkout option on the top right of the screen or go to your cart (using the Cart Contents or Go to Cart options). On both the Shopping Cart and the Checkout/Login screen you will see a button on the bottom right of the main page called Google Checkout. Click on this button to make your Google Checkout payment.
The Google Checkout button will redirect you to the Google Checkout login page. There you will need to log in and complete your Woolvey transaction entirely within the secure environment provided by Google Checkout. On completion, you will have the option to return to the Woolvey website.
Google Checkout will confirm with us that the order is completed and share the shipping address details necessary to complete your order. No further information is shared without your express permission.
Please note that while we strive for consistency in all of the checkout options, there may be some differences in the options available to you checking out using Google Checkout compared with using the Woolvey checkout process, including discount and shipping options.
Check or Money Order
Any Woolvey products may be purchased using a check or money order. These orders may be processed online or using our toll-free telephone number (1-866-WOOLVEY). Please note that for these methods of payment, the orders will not be shipped until payment is received and cleared.
