Also known as the Birthday Cottage, this was a special event cottage that was a limited edition for 1994 and was customized for each customer with their own birthday. This particular one bears the date February 7 on the front.

David Winter has personally signed the label on the base of this cottage and it comes in the original box with certificate of authenticity.
